Lloydiella Golden

Lloydiella Golden

(Lysimachia nummularia) Lloydiella Golden is an easy stem plant. It is NOT a bright canary yellow but more a strong yellowish green color. It's leaves are somewhat large and round making this look somewhat like a SUPER Giant baby Tear. It needs Medium light and looks best if stems are planted in a close grouping. Medium Light levels will keep the lower leaves from falling away from the stem. This plant is a True Aquatic but it may be grown very easily emersed as well. It does well on the edge of ponds or in bogs where it becomes a creeper almost like a smaller ivy. This is sold as a bunch of 5-6 stems.

Ludwigia alata

Ludwigia alata

This is a fantastic Ludwigia.. it shows more vibrant color than most other Ludwigias.. the leaves appear orange from a mild distance. BUT, as you approach, you quickly realize the leaves are actually a rich butter yellow close to center and around veins and a rich almost magenta red toward the outsides. These are pretty easy. No CO2 required though they will do fine with it.. harness and alkalinity is pretty unimportant.. they just prefer no less than medium/low light and a good nutritious substrate.. the more light they get the more vibrant the leaf color will be. this is sold as a single 8+" long stem.. they are running a bit green at moment.. I need to increase the light some.

Ludwigia inclinata

Ludwigia inclinata

Ludwigia inclinata is a stunning stem plant. Ludwigia inclinata is a beautiful red/orange plant originating from South America. Ludwigia inclinata is not much different from other Ludwigia species, however the defining characteristics lies in its red/orange leaf. While most stem plants are colored on one side, the leaves on Ludwigia inclinata are completely red and orange. Ludwigia inclinata is commonly referred to as Tilted Red Ludwigia. Ludwigia inclinata needs moderate to high lighting in order to retain its beautiful leaves. Under less lighting, the leaves will become a dull green and will fall off the stem. Regular doses of CO2 and micronutrients are important to keep this plant growing at its best. Soft water and slightly acidic water parameters will lead to the best growth, but it has been known to survive and do satisfactory in harder water. The stems will reach a height of 8-16 inches and leaves width of 2-4 inches. This is sold by the single stem
